Staff Accountant - Entry Level - HYBRID at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

One of our industry leading clients is seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to join their team due to growth! This person will report directly to the Accounting Manager and get exposure to projects outside of day to day functions. This is a great opportunity to take on a role that provides opportunities for learning/growth with strong mentors. In addition, this role is a great step for those either entering the workforce post-grad, or someone looking to transition into a full-cycle accounting role beyond AR/AP duties.



Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

• Provide support in the month end and year end close process.


• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, ensuring accuracy of calculations and completeness of documents to allow for meaningful and accurate variance reporting in the actual year


• Perform daily cash application, collection, and reconciliation duties.


• Be a resource for ad- hoc projects as they come available.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance


• 1+ year of accounting experience OR relative accounting internship(s)


• Advanced Excel skills
