The Team

We are seeking a Vendor Management Specialist to join American Tower’s U.S. Tower division’s Finance organization’s Owner Support Services team. The team protects the division’s assets and provides exceptional customer service. Day to day you will timely and accurately process a high volume of owner record requests, partner with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to applicable policies and controls, collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve cross-functional processes, provide key vendor support to internal teams, and promote customer satisfaction through efficient communications.
