We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for our client in Northwest Reno. This is a Direct Hire position!
Shift: If the candidate is CPO certified (Pool Certified), the start time could be as early as 6:00 AM (and could be a Tuesday - Saturday shift or a Sunday - Thursday shift).
If not, the hours would be from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch. Open to a 1-hour lunch.
Maintenance Specifics:
Clean and repair building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, and drains
Maintain and add pool chemicals, check restroom for trash and cleanliness, clean pool furniture, check all clocks every morning, open/close the pool if necessary for maintenance- there is no end to pool season as this is indoors.
Lodge opening activities include unlocking the building, deactivating alarms, greeting early building users, and checking all rooms for cleanliness.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently and that the physical condition of buildings do not deteriorate
Immediately correct or cause to be corrected any unsafe conditions throughout the property, including but not limited to broken steps, open holes, broken/burned out exterior lights, etc.
