The HR Generalist supports key functions like recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and HRIS. Partnering with HR leadership, this role ensures HR programs align with organizational goals and delivers a seamless candidate experience while maintaining compliance with regulations.
Essential Responsibilities
Support recruitment and onboarding, including job postings, candidate coordination, and new hire orientations.
Address employee inquiries, assist with performance management, and conduct initial employee relations investigations.
Administer benefits programs, handle leave requests, and oversee HRIS data accuracy and reporting.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations while supporting HR projects and engagement initiatives.
Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with HR teams.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2-4 years of HR experience.
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required.
