Job Description:
Enter financial data into accounting software and ensure accurate record-keeping
Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment
Help out with front-desk, clerical work as needed
Take information from the dispatching system and set up jobs in our system efficiently and accurately.
Process daily check deposits while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
Requirements:
Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance (strongly preferred)
Exposure to excel or data entry type work
Comfortable working on-site
Team player and a 'can do' attitude
