Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Middleware Platform Engineer.
Position type: Contract Duration: 12 months Location: REMOTE
As a Middleware Platform Engineer you will:
This role involves a blend of support and development, requiring the ability to troubleshoot issues, manage CI/CD cycles, and engage in coding and scripting. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the platform team, leadership, and vendors to ensure seamless pre-production, production, and post-production operations.
Day To Day:
Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
Platform Management: Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Development: Contribute to coding and scripting tasks.
Collaboration: Partner with the engineering team and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Must Haves:
4-6 years of platform engineering experience
2-3 years of enterprise financial experience
Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Expertise in SOAP and REST services
Strong understanding of security and API concepts
Experience with application services
Proficiency in Java or .NET (commitment to one stack)
Solid understanding of code and development practices
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on development experience

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range*: $65/hr - 72/hr W2 *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
