LOCATION: 10 Risho Avenue East Providence, RI 02914


HOURS: 8:30am - 5:00pm; Monday - Friday


FULL TIME: Benefits Eligible



In this role, you will:

• Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Sales Department run smoothly


• Handle and prioritize customer requests


• Provide exceptional customer-focused service


• Update and maintain computer-tracking spreadsheet for IT Implementation


• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control

All you need is:

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Strong knowledge of company operating systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, Office and Adobe

• Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task by effectively utilizing time management skills


• Possess ability to work independently and in a group setting


• Ability to consistently handle high volume workload
