Bellevue University, the largest, private, non-profit and fastest growing institute of higher education in Nebraska has an immediate opening for a Relationship Manager for our partnership with Mid-Plains Community College (MPCC) in North Platte, Nebraska. Responsible for building connections across the campus, the best candidate will thrive exploring and developing outreach and marketing opportunities. This individual will also need to be caring and enjoy guiding students as their "Next Degree" navigator through the completion of their degree at MPCC to a degree with Bellevue University.
Essential Functions:
Foster and build upon relationships within the campus community.
Develops and delivers presentations to the campus community in a professional and engaging manner.
Uses student centric communication and engagement while walking the students through the admissions process from initial inquiry through enrollment.
Ability to create and implement engaging activities for the campus community to participate in as well as support events held by our partner location.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred experience working in a student facing environment and/or a background in recruitment, event planning, or sales.
Driving is an essential function of this position. Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and be insurable under BU's insurance policy.
Proficiency in customer service, interpersonal communication, conflict resolution and organizational skills.
Engaging/interactive professional presentation and communication skills.
Must be goal oriented and results driven.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly; listen and communicate effectively.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding student files and information.
Ability to work independently and exhibit an entrepreneurial approach in your setting.
Available to work flexible hours to-occasionally-include: working remotely, evenings, and some weekends as needed.
