Job Summary
Data Management Integration Information about Student Branches and YP AGs are spread around multiple systems (Data Warehouse, vTools) etc. This person would work with IT to understand available data, how to access, and automate.
Process Automation Analytics (via Smartsheets)Once information and automation is spec'd out and understood, the person would create reports, dashboard, roles and Workapps to clearly define workflows and avoid confusion (i.e. funding events). Automation can be used to alert stakeholders on next steps, deadlines, request information, etc. In addition, these processes can help with committee and taskforce management.
Qualifications - Major in Business Analytics/Data IntegrationProject coordination a plus
