The Inside Sales Associate is primarily responsible for achieving the revenue and profit plans/goals of the company and set of accounts via telephone. This position will be responsible for attaining an annual revenue plan that includes maintaining and growing revenue goals by utilizing sound inbound and outbound telephone based selling approaches.
Compensation: $60 to 80k OTE ($50 to 55k starting salary + Commission -- additional $10 to 20k projected)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm (Hybrid -- 2 days remote, 3 days in office)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generates revenue utilizing a consultative selling approach in the sale of all LES services on inbound calls that are typically smaller (non-national) and less complex accounts.
Executes sales campaigns via outbound telephone marketing to consistently meet or exceed aggressive weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions.
Proposes customer solutions that are compliant with appropriate local, state and federal regulations.
Consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
Create and maintain outstanding professional business relationships with key executive level decision making contact(s) within current and prospective grease trap services accounts
Utilize selling skills to learn about the prospect/customer’s business and the decision maker’s individual, corporate and/or departmental needs to position LES products and services to motivate and move the decision maker(s) throughout the sales cycle
Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the activities enumerated above
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or (1-4) years of non-consumer outside or inside territorial sales experience in lieu of degree.
One (1) year of business-to-business sales experience (Required).
Must be able to demonstrate a consistent history of attaining monthly, quarterly and annual revenue plans/goals.
