We are a dynamic hybrid workplace environment that requires at least 2 days a week in the office.

Consults with clients at every level providing visual solutions for internal, external and system communications.  This role carries significant responsibility for the management of creative resources, processes, programs and manages multiple editing and multimedia projects simultaneously.  With minimal oversight, you will be a solutions focused dynamic storyteller specializing in video editing, motion graphics, and animation to create engaging content in a highly collaborative environment and responsible for monitoring quality control guidelines, maintaining production scheduling/deadlines, improving service and production levels and assume responsibility for maintaining and improving the means of design and production.  You must exhibit a high degree of proficiency and an eye for detail in post-production, effectively communicate strategies, conform to organizational identity standards, and demonstrate awareness of current trends in corporate multimedia production.  Working closely with all levels of the organization including high-level subject matter experts, C-suite and organization leaders to lead, create, execute, deliver and archive projects across all bank channels. Exemplify standards for customer service, responsiveness, team and client collaboration. Provides work guidance and direction to other creative professionals as needed.

Responsibilities:


  • Manages creative projects and processes or programs from ideation to implementation with minimal supervision. Leads projects at the department, District, and System level, consulting and coordinating with writers, graphic designers, web developers, social media/marketing and subject matter experts. Consults with clients at every level to establish program goals, envision effective graphic design or multimedia solutions, and author and update detailed project plans. Engages stakeholders as necessary.


  • Procures, manages, maintains, and supervises the use of studio equipment, from low-end supplies to high-end equipment; server hardware and software; solutions for archiving and sharing media; and software or hardware solutions supporting the editing and production of photography, graphic designs, motion graphics, and/or video. Defines business cases and schedules for retiring and upgrading the means of design and production. Interacts with vendors and manages the work of contractors to expand capacity and develop new solutions. Monitors and works within budgets provided by the department leadership.


  • Establishes, maintains, and refines processes with an eye toward increasing speed, enhancing effectiveness, and reducing the cost of production while maintaining standards of high quality and timely delivery.


  • Use video production camera skills to assist in all video shoots, live events, and broadcasts in the studio and on location


  • Efficiently ingest, organize, synthesize and edit raw video footage to create engaging stories


  • Match proper compression and output of all products to needs of the client


  • Use technical skills to manage and troubleshoot Mac computer systems, peripherals, camera systems, and sound systems for video production applications


  • Utilize established file management practices and processes to organize, process, distribute and archive work products in DAM and media server applications


  • Manage the use of studio equipment, from expendables to high-end equipment, server hardware and software; solutions for archiving and sharing media; and software or hardware solutions supporting the editing and production of photography, graphic designs, motion graphics, and video.


  • Organize, media manage, and backup all files on behalf of the team to server, linear tape and DAM as needed


  • Provide work guidance and direction to less experienced staff.


  • Critically review your own work while seeking feedback from team and stakeholders adjusting to reflect the needs of our stakeholders


  • Use strong verbal and written communications that reflect a positive professional image


  • Produces work demonstrating a high degree of mastery over five or more of the following skill sets: graphic design, web design, user interface/user experience design, motion graphics design, presentation design, interactive design, multimedia


Technical Skills:


  • Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, PS, Bridge, Audition, Media Encoder)


  • Microsoft O365 (Teams/Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint)


  • Lighting techniques, Sound Devices audio, Sony video equipment


  • Mac Computer Systems & Mac OS


  • Digital Asset Management – systems and practices


  • Project Management software (Asana)

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent experience; bachelor's degree preferred

Experience:

Eight + years preferred
