Description: Our client is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator! This is a 12+ month contract and will be FULLY ONSITE, 5 days a week in Draper, UT.
Role Overview: Recruiting coordinators should work to establish communication lines and respect with stakeholders within their pillars (Hiring Managers, recruiters, interviewers, CoS, sourcers, vendors, etc). They should always be able to report where a candidate is in the recruiting process; reporting metrics in a timely fashion to their Pillar Leads and Hiring Managers.
THIS IS NOT A STANDARD RECRUITING ROLE. Looking for someone with strong calendar management, customer service, and task coordination skills!
Basic Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and other MS Programs
• Organized ability to track assigned candidates, progress and pending items
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and adapt to change
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and track assigned tasks
• Ability to collaborate with local teams and global clients both internally and externally
• Ensure all emails are being answered in 24hrs or less
• Join weekly meetings with leads and other leadership to discuss initiatives, pain points, new hires, alignments, etc
