This role executes against the DEIB and Community Impact strategy. The role will lead internal networks to enable organizational capabilities and to build practices and procedures that enhance an inclusive workplace that amplifies our inclusive culture. Also responsible for leading initiatives and monitoring and measuring effectiveness of diversity, equity and inclusion programs, policies and procedures.
Making an Impact
• Responsible for the management of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) strategy and priorities DEIB
• Acts as a deep expert and influencer on Diversity across ManpowerGroup, mobilizing execution of the DEIB goals and objectives.
• Manages the North America BRGs - responsible for the selection process for BRG Leadership roles, for the processes governing the BRGs, and for advising BRG Leaders. Hosts monthly meetings with BRG co-chairs, and prepares materials for VP to host Executive Sponsor meetings
• Works with experts across functional areas to identify opportunities and implement solutions (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, etc.) Influences policies, processes, and programs to improve the recruitment and retention of diverse staff
• Evaluates and monitors metrics to ensure goals and objectives are being met and communicates those outcomes.
• Interprets data that demonstrates the relationship between DEIB strategies and business outcomes (such as turnover, recruiting, market share).
• Oversees Community Impact ensuring external partnerships align to our mission and priorities
• Coaches, hires, onboards, develops, engages, and manages performance of talent on the DEIB and Community Impact team.
• Oversees the annual review of affirmative action programs, including the analysis of availability and utilization data and development of appropriate plan revisions.
Sharing Expertise •
• Project Manager for DEIB Council, working with VP to prepare materials and members for key meetings or deliverables
Gaining Exposure
• Builds and manages partnerships with external organizations to support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
• Utilizes internal networks and resources to increase awareness and understanding of DEIB goals and enhance the culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Your Typical Day
• Works with our community partners to continue building our partnerships and establishing ManpowerGroup as an employer of choice in Milwaukee and our various communities.
• Partners with P&C functions (TA, L&D, Business Partners, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity and determine strategies to improve.
• Periodic travel during and after work hours to visit Milwaukee community partners and attend community events related to DEIB.

Qualifications:
Required
• 8+ years of professional experience in People & Culture focused roles
• Experience managing multiple, complex, and matrixed company-wide projects
• High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
• Structured training in Diversity & Inclusion or appropriate experience in the broad domains of diversity and inclusion preferred
This position is based in our Global Headquarters located in downtown Milwaukee. Employees can enjoy an onsite cafeteria, coffee shop and gym along with beautiful views of the Milwaukee river, Deer District, and historic downtown architecture.
