Who are we looking for?
Owns and is responsible for supporting the Damascene family of products, collaborating the WLP Line of Business managers, Supply Chain, R&D and Applications BU Business Partners to deliver growth and profitability in line with the business unit (BU) strategy
What will you be doing?
Executes on the global strategy defined by the Line of Business leader
Collaborates globally across WLP commercial teams, market intelligence and tool OEMS to identify share gain opportunities at new and existing customers
Owns and delivers respective Damascene sales margin and volume budget including margin management and health
Develops targeted strategies for regional commercial teams to deliver on revenue, margin, and volume sales objectives
Develops Damascene product strategies for managing life cycle, pricing, and SKU management
Works with the line of business (LoB) to develop strategic marketing messages, coordinate with product management, and partner with marketing to deploy effective strategy
Ensures compelling Damascene product value propositions are developed and deployed at all customers
Engages in strategic account qualification process deliverables, ensures best practice implementation and contingency planning
Who are You?
4-year degree or equivalent required
10+ years of relevant industry experience preferred
