Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as the Senior Program Manager in the addiction and recovery division at Behavioral Health Network!
This position will be instrumental in BHN's ongoing effort to develop programming on-site in the Hampden, Suffolk, and Franklin Counties, providing some in-person support and creating integrated care across the addiction and recovery division and other systems of care within BHN.
Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Addiction and Recovery division with the following:
Providing leadership and direction for the management and supervisory staff of a portfolio of residential addiction and recovery programs.
Setting the strategic vision for programs in alignment with BHN's agency strategic vision to ensure that individuals receive appropriate and timely high-quality evidence-based services.
Supporting independent decision making & collective teamwork to maintain a healthy team environment within the department.
Collaborating with Executive Leadership Team and interdepartmental partners to monitor program performance on all key performance indicators.
Monitoring service demand and implementing initiatives marketing and service delivery initiatives, as needed.
Assisting with job responsibilities of vacant program leadership positions and helping recruit, interview, & hire until the position is filled.
Ensuring appropriate training on policies & procedures for all program directors relative to their role and service delivery.
Ensuring programs' adherence to regulations and requirements of licensing bodies and funding sources.
Providing & documenting regular individual and group supervision to direct reports regarding their professional development & program operations.
Implementing performance improvement initiatives, as needed, for department or program-wide efforts as well as staff-specific corrective action plans.
Responding to individuals' concerns and participating in investigations, as needed.
Assisting with direct service delivery, as needed.
Providing on-call support and supervision for assigned programs.
Who are we?
BHN's Addiction and Recovery programs serve those 18 years of age and older who are seeking treatment and recovery from substance use disorder. A 24-hour multidisciplinary team, including Program Directors, Registered Nurses, Counselors, Recovery Specialists and a Medical Director provide acute treatment, clinical stabilization and residential rehabilitation services and those receiving Medication Assistance Treatment for Opioid and Alcohol Use disorder.

What are we looking for in the Senior Program Manager?
Commitment to empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration for individuals served (required).
At least five years of experience in the addiction and recovery treatment environment or other related field (required).
At least three years of supervisory experience providing clinical supervision to the interdisciplinary team (required).
LMHC, LICSW, LADC I, or LMFT (required).
Knowledge of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 (required).
Knowledge of Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) (Methadone/Vivitrol/Buprenorphine) (required).
Experience working with addiction and recovery and dual diagnoses (required).
Working knowledge of DPH's Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) regulations.
Working knowledge of community resources, and how to help individuals served access them.
Knowledge of CARF, SAMSHA, and DEA regulations and accreditation requirements.
Familiarity with Internet, word processing and email systems (required).
Knowledge of Insurance and Utilization reviews.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to travel between assigned programs (required).
Ability to provide on-call support to assigned programs (required).
Willingness and ability to treat challenging and diverse individuals served
Cultural competence in dealing with individuals served with a variety of different cultural backgrounds.
Valid driver's license (required).
Vehicle for use during all working hours should be registered and inspected in accordance with 540 CMR 4.00 (required).
