We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team. Five years of Sales Management experience is required, with experience at a Ford Store preferred.
Responsibilities:
Set a clear vision and motivate the sales team to achieve company performance standards.Manage, train, and direct the sales team.Assist new and used car associates in closing sales as needed.Build rapport with customers to establish a network of repeat business.Partner with the General Sales Manager and/or General Manager to plan and manage new and used vehicle inventory.Assist in managing controllable variable expenses.Utilize sales software to manage customer interactions and sales processes.Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Qualifications:
5 years of Sales Manager experience, preferably at a Ford Store.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.Proficiency in sales software applications.Strong public speaking skills for presentations and customer interactions.Phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
