Job Description:

The Accounts Payable and Payroll Coordinator is responsible for preparing payroll through UKG on a bi-weekly basis. Additional tasks include: dealing with timecard submission, lost paychecks, answering employee questions, garnishments, W-2's, 1099's, dealing with outstanding paychecks, various reports, etc. Accounts Payable tasks include coding invoices, data entry, preparing disbursements, setting up vendors, ACH payments, dealing with outstanding checks, report preparation, credit card receipt collection and payment tracking and processing, making deposits and recording miscellaneous deposits, etc. Other duties as needed.
