2nd Shift Quality Assurance Line Lead
Job Description: This position is located in our Yadkinville, NC Facility. 2nd Shift: 10 hours- (1:00 pm-11 pm)
We are looking to recruit a responsible leader to ensure that the quality and quantity of packaged goods follows company standards.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing daily coordination of QA tasks, testing of standards, and management of the overall QA process and workflow.
Provides guidance to team members in order to maintain the highest level of quality through continuous testing, review of visual elements, proofreading, and validation during critical stages of development
Responsibility for building and maintaining internal lines of communication, and creating departmental processes.
Accountable for insuring that various inspections and checks are accomplished in the day to day operations of production to assure the quality of the product meets company standards and customer requirements.
Contributes information and analysis to the QA Manager
Identifies and resolves problems; completing audits; determining process improvements.
Conducts hazard analyses and identifies critical control points with preventive measures
Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, recalls, corrective actions, and on-hold products.
Conduct package quality inspection and quality audits and isolate product that does not meet standards.
Adheres to all GMP & Safety Procedures
Experience, Skills, Education:
QA Experience Required
Experience within a Leadership Role is Preferred

Ability to Work Independently
