In this pivotal role, you will perform a variety of essential tasks that support the GSA's Lease Contract Administration (LCA). As an Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include conducting annual lease file reviews and annual operating cost adjustments (OCAs), managing both Government-initiated and Lessor-initiated tax adjustments, and handling Change of Ownerships/Novations.
You will be responsible for maintaining ongoing contact with stakeholders including, Lessors, Contracting Officers, Transaction Managers, Building Managers, Regional Legal Counsel, Data Managers, Budget Analysts, and Finance to resolve any issues promptly.
