The Branch Supervisor plays a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of a credit union branch. This individual ensures the branch operates efficiently while delivering exceptional member service. The Branch Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, fostering member relationships, maintaining compliance, and achieving branch performance goals.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with credit union policies and procedures.
Open and close accounts, process loan applications.
Contribute to branch performance goals by soliciting appropriate products and services to members.
Handle escalated member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor cash operations, balancing, and daily transaction processing.
Supervise and coach branch staff
Schedule and coordinate staffing needs to ensure proper coverage.
Ensure a high standard of member service is maintained across the branch.
Maintain security standards to safeguard member information and branch assets

Fluent in the English language
Comfortable utilizing computers and technology, including online and mobile banking services.

Required education and experience
High school Diploma
3+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or credit union operations, including supervisory responsibilities
Associate's degree or higher in business, finance or related field (preferred)
Strong knowledge of credit union products, services, policies, and regulatory compliance
Consumer lending experience
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
