What you'll do
Assist with the implementation and ongoing administration of HFCU's budgeting software
Assist with the annual budgeting process
Prepare monthly management reports
Assist with the preparation for our monthly ALM meetings and reporting
Assist with the administration of CECL modelling software
Create requested reports through a variety of HFCU's financial analysis software
Create ad-hoc cost benefit analyses for various projects throughout the Credit Union
Analyze third party financials for due diligence purposes
Assist with quarterly metric reporting for the boar
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required:
Strong desire to work in a purpose-driven organization.
5 to 8 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Thorough understanding of methods of systems analysis and the principles, design, and procedural methods used in big data analysis.
Ability to prioritize multiple, and sometimes, conflicting tasks.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
Ability to establish and maintain working relationships across all levels of the organization
Physical Demands/Conditions Required:
Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.
Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary.
Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management.
Must be capable of travel by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities.
Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled private office with minimal noise.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Is able to bend, sit, and stand in order to perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
WORKING CONDITIONS Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise.
