This position involves a structured educational experience that incorporates productive work practice as a part of a student's college curriculum. This role includes opportunities to improve work skills, explore career choices, develop professional competencies, and experience classroom learning being applied to real work situations. The position may include work in various departments within the company.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Actively participate in hands-on work tasks as guided by company staff.
Learn through executing tasks and receiving feedback.
Complete learning outcomes as outlined by the educational programming within which the individual is enrolled.
Provide summative presentation report to NJ leadership team at the end of internship experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:
Current enrollment in postsecondary educational programming or recently graduated.

If performing duties within a warehouse setting, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving equipment, dust particles, ladders, hazardous chemicals and slight risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The working surface is concrete.
Work Week:
Hours: Up to 30 hours/week Days: Monday - Friday, 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
Salary Range: $17/per hour
