JOB TITLE: Workforce Management Analyst I

CLEARANCE: Secret

LOCATION: Andover, MA

REPORTS TO: SABG Program Manager

FLSA STATUS: Regular Full-Time Exempt

SUMMARY: SABG is hiring for a Workforce Management Analyst I to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Field Operations, Field Operations Administrative and Program Support Services.

SALARY: $85,000 - $95,000

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Hiring and onboarding of field personnel
  • Monitor group inbox for selection and out-processing notifications and update spreadsheet accordingly
  • Coordinate with hiring manager on details of new recruitment (location, grade, PD)
  • Enter new recruitment in Service Now.
  • Track all recruitments on Excel spreadsheet and/or MS Teams
  • Ensure that proper onboarding steps are taken for new employees and resolve any problems in the process
  • Meet weekly with HR Specialist on the status of hiring actions/recruitments. Communicate the status to regional leadership
  • Report any issues with the hiring process to the Workforce Management Lead
  • Work closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process and respond to email inquiries
  • Create PowerPoint slide on the status of actions for region
  • Update organization charts in MS PowerPoint

SUPERVISION: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (at a minimum) and two years of relevant experience (Substitution of a bachelor's degree is allowable if the personnel have six years of related work experience in addition to the two years of experience required for this category. For the substitution to be allowable, a total of eight years of experience would be required to meet the minimum requirements for this category.)
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Requires knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
  • Skilled in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment.
  • Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and/or procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on that data.
