Working within project teams, Construction Scheduling Analysts are responsible for performing the day-to-day activities on MBI projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Creating detailed scheduling plans to achieve the predetermined objectives of projects. Utilizing specialized software tools to track project timelines and milestones. Coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders to align project objectives with resource availability. Adjusting schedules according to changing demands and ongoing updates. Maintaining clear communication channels between project teams, senior management, and external stakeholders to ensure consistent updates. Providing recommendations and insights based on schedule trends to enhance efficiency. Anticipating and reporting potential delays and bottlenecks in the project lifecycle. Development of comprehensive work plans that outline key activities and timelines. Monitoring the progress of projects to ensure alignment with set timelines and budget. Identifying conflicts in project schedules and proposing viable solutions. Documenting all phases of project scheduling from initiation to completion. Generating progress reports for review by management teams. Collaborating closely with other departments to integrate various parts of the project more effectively.QualificationsMBI is seeking qualified individuals with a college degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture and / or related fields (1 to 5 years of work experience as a project manager, scheduler, or costs control in these fields is desired). Proficiency in creating and maintaining schedules in Primavera (P6) required. Preferred Skills Strong quantitative, analytical and interpersonal skills. Creative problem solving ability. Strong oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of Critical Path Method scheduling practices. Flexibility in handling task and priority changes. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred.
