Technical Expertise

• Azure Data Ecosystem: Deep expertise in Azure Data Lake, Data Factory, Synapse, MS Fabric, Azure DataBricks, and Power BI


• Data Management: Verifiable experience in building data management solutions, including ingestion, data engineering, modeling, reporting, and visualization


• Data Governance & Security: Have a solid understanding of Data governance practices along with working knowledge of 1 or more platforms around data lineage, cataloging, security policy definition and execution platform. (Purview, Collibra, Alation, Ataccama, Immuta, Mage)


• Cloud Technologies: Proficiency in application migrations and modernizing applications on cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure


• Integration: Skilled with common integration patterns between Azure Data Ecosystem and SAP technologies (SAP ECC, S/4, HANA DB)


• Analytics: Strong experience in embedded analytics for both pro code and low code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Outsystems)


• AI and GenAI: Strong exposure and experience leveraging AI for operational insights

Leadership and Strategy

• Proven experience in driving transformation from legacy data systems to modern cloud-based architectures


• Experience in defining strategy, governance, enablement tooling, standards, and best practices for new platforms


• Ability to craft technology strategies and roadmaps


• Experience in contributing to architecture principles and defining reference architectures

Communication and Collaboration

• Demonstrated ability to deliver presentations to senior executives and technical audiences


• Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and nontechnical stakeholders


• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills

Additional Skills

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to support agile teams


• Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise technology architecture components


• Experience with productivity improvements using process mining, RPA technologies, and Gen AI copilots

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership experience in software implementations in healthcare environments with PHI, PII, and HIPAA compliance requirement


• Experience with global multisite teams

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field


• 10+ years of experience in IT Architecture and solution development, preferably in Fortune 500 or Big 5 consulting companies
