The base salary for this position is depenent upon experience and location, ranging from $62,964 to $78,705
Job Summary:
Supports the processes of metering revenue operations including Meter Test Labs and Warehouses, Field Gas Measurement Technicians, Meter Engineering, and Meter Data Collection. Develops reports and tracking mechanisms for all types of meter replacement and revenue protection programs including PSC mandated programs and reports. Responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory of meters, parts, and accessories. Assists in the specification of measurement equipment, annual budget processes, and coordination and implementation of all metering replacement programs. Support AMI (Smart Metering) testing and deployment as necessary.
Major Roles & Responsibilities
1. Provides the coordination, technical support and reporting mechanisms for achieving PSC mandated programs.
2. Maintains inventory levels of meters, accessories, and various parts and issues requisitions and POs as needed.
3. Audits and maintains all related lab records including maintenance plans and equipment certification records.
5. Track monthly spend on O&M / CAPEX accounts
6. Purchase Reqs/Orders for misc. supplies and materials for Meter Techs, Labs, Engineers, Gas Measurement.
Education & Experience Required:
Associates Degree in Business or Technology or at least 5 years' experience in metering or billing field
Minimum of 3 years analytical experience
Skills/Abilities:
Microsoft - Excel/Access
SAP
Detail-Oriented and Capable of Delivering a High Level of Accuracy.
Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
