A day in the life.
As our Account Manager on the Business Insurance team, you'll manage effective and efficient resolutions for their client's business risk management needs. This position leads multiple priorities efficiently while communicating with clients in a clear and concise fashion. We will rely on you to identify issues, collaborate with team members and carriers to implement appropriate resolutions. You will also be responsible for helping mentor and develop other team members to ensure the best service is provided to all clients. Here are some of the other duties you would be taking on in this role:
Assess and develop the client's business risk program. Identify gaps and make recommendations for additional or alternate coverage based on client needs.
Independently analyze, prioritize and interpret information while drawing accurate conclusions with minimal direction and/or guidelines.
Drive preparation of the insurance proposals for clients and lead the remarketing process.
Proficiently maintain agency management system data for accuracy.
Ensure thorough understanding of the client invoicing process and work to resolve any issue.
Build and maintain strong carrier relationships.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field or minimum 3 years of experience and knowledge of property & casualty coverage and risk management issues.
Property & Casualty License.
Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
CISR designation.
