Looking to hire a Solution Architect in Supply Chain Management


Specifically focusing on candidates with experience in one or many platforms like SAP APO, O9, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue-yonder and data migration:

• Educational Background:


• 
  
  
  
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  
  
  
  


• Professional Experience:


• 
  
  
  
  • Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in solution design and implementation within supply chain management.
  
  
  • Proven track record of working with large-scale data environments and high-volume data processing.
  
  
  
  


• Technical Skills:


• 
  
  
  
  • Proficiency in SAP APO and SAP IBP, with hands-on experience in configuration and customization.
  
  
  • Hands-on experience on designing systems that scale and handle huge volume of data.
  
  
  • Strong understanding on variety of data integration patterns.
  
  
  • Familiarity with O9, Kinaxis platform functionalities and capabilities.
  
  
  • Strong understanding of data migration processes, especially migrating from SAP APO to other platforms.
  
  
  
  


• Business Acumen:

  • Deep understanding of supply chain processes and business capabilities associated with SCM platforms.
  
  
  • Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and requirements.
  
  
  
  


• Analytical Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in analyzing complex supply chain challenges.
  
  
  • Experience using analytical tools and methodologies to optimize supply chain performance.
  
  
  
  


• Project Management:

  • Experience managing projects from conception through implementation, including stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering.
  
  
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  
  
  
  


• Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  
  
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  
  
  
  


• Certifications (Preferred):

  • Relevant certifications in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) or specific platform certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
