Job Description:

Top client in the North Las Vegas area is seeking an Accounting Assistant. Previous experience in the Construction industry is desired. This position involves a lot of data entry and will require a high attention to detail. This is a well- established company with a positive work environment.


Job duties:
Daily deposit via check scanner and QuickBooks entry.
Entering of new jobs in builder software and QuickBooks.
Keeping up with payments
Invoicing of customers daily.
A/R
Payroll: Data Entry
Excel experience needed.
