The Customer Liaison role will support and interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about operations and services. This role will be on-site in our customer's facility in Wentzville, MO.
This is a swing shift position with regular hours of 6:00 pm - 2:30 am.
When applicable, this employee will cover either the 2nd or 3rd shift based on the team's requested time off, callouts, customer requirements, etc.
Essential Functions

Act as the primary onsite contact for customer Materials personnel Communicate with customer, TVS, and LLP associates to ensure adequate parts inventory is maintained Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers Performing detailed inventory functions and communicating findings to TVS and customer Materials departments Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service the organization is providing Producing written information for customers, often involving the use of computer packages/software Writing reports analyzing the customer service that your organization provides Follow proper cutomer and TVS alarm processes when inventory issues are identified Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use Providing help and advice to customers using your organizations products or services Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face Investigating and solving customers problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems Handling customer complaints or any major incidents Perform special projects, duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor Perform all other related duties as assigned Regular and reliable attendance at work

Work Environment
This job is performed in a busy warehouse environment with high forklift traffic. Warehouses are subject to seasonal temperatures. Steel-toed shoes, safety glasses and vests are required personal protective equipment (PPE).

The associate is occasionally required to sit or stand; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The associate may occasionally be required to lift 51 pounds, anything greater than 51 pounds requires assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Required Education and Experience
High School diploma is required Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Ability to use mathematical equations to compute productivity reports Knowledge of OSHA standards and proven safety record Knowledge of ISO quality systems Ability to operate material handling equipment Must have strong computer skills and operational knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Working knowledge in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) Prior experience working in a warehouse and/or working in a JIT (Just-In-Time Inventory) environment is preferred Must be able to work in stressful environments and effectively resolve conflict
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Full Time. Schedule flexibility for extended or unplanned work hours is required.
Travel
No travel is required between locations.
