About us

Southern Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking a friendly, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and providing information about our HVAC and plumbing services. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and ensuring timely resolution of service-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule service appointments for HVAC and plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance.
• Provide customers with information about services, pricing, and promotions.
• Assist with order processing and follow-up on service requests.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation.
• Work closely with technicians and dispatch to ensure timely service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing services is a plus, but not mandatory.
