Plant Roustabout-CO2 This posting is for a Plant Roustabout position at the Snyder Gas Plant with a hiring range from a level 2 to a level 5 dependent on experience and skill sets. The successful candidate will serve a vital role in maintenance, process operations and compression operation of the plant facilities. The Snyder Gas Plant employs a multitude of processes which include NGL Recovery and fuel manufacturing. These processes include four amine sweetening units, molecular sieve dehydration, Turbo Expander Unit, various gas and air compression units, and numerous pumps. The Snyder Gas Plant fleet consists of several slow speed reciprocating gas compressors (Cooper GMVH) The fleet also contains two Ariel reciprocating compressors (5000 HP Electric driven) Also one 500 HP Ariel reciprocating compressor and two 150 HP Ariel reciprocating compressors. The main purpose of these compressors is to compress raw produced gas for further processing. In addition to these raw gas compressors, the Snyder Gas Plant has three 8G825 White Superior driven MW-64 reciprocating propane refrigeration compressors. The Snyder Gas plant is a PSM Facility. Job Responsibilities
Operate company vehicles during daily activities.
Monitoring of facilities to identify operational problems.
Perform routine maintenance of process and compression equipment.
Shutdown and start-up of equipment (pumps, facilities, equipment, etc.)
Provide oral and written communication of activities to appropriate personnel.
Interact with contract personnel.
Identify, report, and correct safety and environmental concerns.
Promote the company's EHS philosophy and culture.
Perform Lockout and Tag-out duties for maintenance work.
Complete appropriate documentation
Use Maximo to complete Work Orders as needed.
Be a contributing member of the PSM Teams
Be available for call out during work week or when required.
Manual Labor
Serve as a Kinder Morgan representative to contract activities.

Educational Requirements (Minimal requirements and any additional education or training that would be helpful)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Working Conditions
Tasks are performed indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions in daylight & darkness.
May be required to stand, walk, sit, ascend/descend stairs or ladders, use hand tools, and reach with hands and arms.
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
Exposure to process, compressors, vessels, and piping systems contain H2S and hydrocarbon gases which are flammable and may be explosive under certain circumstances.
Be available for call-out and overtime.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge (Above the minimum requirements; not required, but advantageous in this position)
Experience in oil and gas operations

Experience in compression operation
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
