Senior Project Manager - Multifamily / Affordable Housing at HAYS in Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Job Description:

The largest for-profit Developer of Affordable Housing in SoCal is looking to recruit 2 Senior Construction Project Managers.


They currently have over 2,000 affordable housing units under construction across Southern California. They also own and manage over $1.2 billion of multifamily assets, almost all of which are in low-income, black and brown communities. These positions are viewed as a "Top-3 hiring priority" in the business. The main purpose of the PM will be to manage the entire pre-construction and construction process for assigned ground-up, multifamily affordable housing projects.


To be considered for this role, you must have mastery of Procore Construction. You will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale multifamily / affordable housing developments.
