Handle 30-50 calls per day, assisting customers with arranging travel plans.
Address customer questions and requests through phone and email correspondence.
Utilize trusted resources, including official websites and news outlets, to remain updated on international developments relevant to travel.
Inform customers about necessary documentation, such as visas and passports, for international travel.
Assist customers in accurately uploading required personal documents.
Resolve technical and process-related challenges over the phone, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Provide patient and constructive feedback to customers while addressing their concerns empathetically and respectfully.
Represent the organization's values by demonstrating professionalism and empathy when handling escalated issues or complaints.
Qualifications and Requirements:
At least one year of experience in customer service, preferably in industries such as retail, hospitality, or food service.
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Demonstrated ability to de-escalate conflicts while maintaining a high level of patience.
Excellent verbal and written communication, including active listening, research, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage responsibilities autonomously and efficiently.
Skilled in using multiple systems and identifying trends through data.
Experience in roles involving senior or retirement care, such as reception, is a plus.
