Deliver exceptional guest service with a focus on promptness, accuracy, and courtesy to ensure 100% guest satisfaction. Prioritize building strong relationships with guests through every interaction, including phone calls and emails.
Manage and respond to 30-50 telephone calls daily, assisting guests with booking travel arrangements.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide clients with accurate information regarding international travel requirements, including visas and passports.
Assist clients in uploading and verifying personal documentation necessary for travel.
Troubleshoot technology and process-related issues over the phone with clients, offering clear guidance and solutions.
Offer constructive feedback while demonstrating patience and understanding with each client interaction.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of customer service experience; experience in retail, hospitality, or the restaurant industry is ideal.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a high degree of patience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening, researching, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple systems effectively.
Experience identifying and reporting trends in customer interactions.
