Essential Functions:
Responsible for the direct cleaning of the Lake Anna YMCA, such as cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, trash removal, window cleaning, picking up trash/spills, etc., floor cleaning and maintenance, in all areas of the Y.Follows cleaning checklist for all areas of the building on a daily basisResponsible for communicating and submitting to supervisor inventory and supplies needed to maintain the buildingOrganize, clean and maintain storage area for the cleaning supplies and equipmentMaintain a clean and positive image along with YMCA attire/uniformMaintain communication with all staff via in person and / or through work orders that are developedInteract with staff and members in a positive manner and create a team atmosphereDevelop an understanding and commitment to the Annual CampaignOther duties as assigned by the Properties Manager and/or Executive Director
