The Danvers, MA Site is in a journey of becoming the Center of Excellence for Braiding and Extrusion. Our manufacturing employees are transforming the lives of 2.2 patients every second while building components, complex subassemblies and finished goods.

The Braiding Technician role will be performed at the braiding operations center that support our Coronary, Structural Heart, and other Shared Technology Center products. The job will entail day-to-day machine maintenance and troubleshooting, spare parts inventory management, supporting installation qualifications and automation, maintenance excellence and manufacturing execution systems initiatives.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:15pm.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


  • Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.

  • Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.

  • Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.

  • Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.

  • Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.

Required Knowledge and Experience:


  • Requires minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Electromechanical testing experience

  • Basic comfort using MS Office products such as Outlook, Teams, and Excel

Nice to Have:

  • Electrical certifications.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$49,200 - $73,800

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance , Health Savings Account , Healthcare Flexible Spending Account , Life insurance, Long-term disability leave , Dependent daycare spending account , Tuition assistance/reimbursement , and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
