Location: Hybrid, Inver Grove Heights, MN (local candidates only)


As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in annual budgeting, long-range planning, and quarterly forecasting. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll refine product and cost center hierarchies. Your responsibilities will include executing complex financial analysis to identify trends, maintaining accurate dashboards and models, and delivering high-impact insights to support decision-making. You'll also present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics, lead ad-hoc projects, and foster cross-functional relationships. Additionally, you'll identify opportunities for business improvement through automation and data-driven solutions.



Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or Economics


• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis, or Accounting


• Proficiency with SAP


• Ability to review financial data, analyze trends, recommend solutions, and provide valuable business insights

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP Cloud Planning and BPC


• Proficiency in building reports using SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerBI, or similar tools


• Understanding of various financial statements (balance sheets, profit and loss statements, Statements of Cash Flow, etc.)


• Background in continuous improvement and change management
