Our client is seeking a dedicated Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with a passion for healthcare and a knack for project management.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be an integral part of the US Hospital and Government Marketing team in our client's Diabetes division. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing engaging marketing materials for healthcare professionals
- Collaborating with graphic design partners to create materials that comply with brand standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinating the team's trade shows, working closely with the Meeting and Events team to ensure efficient execution
- Managing samples, print, and fulfillment of marketing materials, ensuring approved materials are delivered efficiently
- Overseeing budget, invoice, and purchase orders management
- Managing marketing resource inventory, ensuring materials are current and approved
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, with frequent contact with field sales, internal cross-functional groups, and external vendors
- Ability to translate product, clinical, and scientific information into meaningful healthcare professional messaging
- Strong team player, with the ability to work with cross-channel marketing partners and own marketing team
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least one year of experience in the healthcare field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and database management
- Familiarity with a variety of marketing activities, practices, and healthcare industry regulations
