JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Customer Service Administrator will demonstrate fulfillment for data extraction, reporting and entry for the Customer Service team. The right candidate will be proactive and be a problem solver, finding efficient ways to manage Customer Service data. In this role, you will utilize your experience to pull data reports plus enter data for several functions in various systems in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. You will follow an individual work plan, working with multiple customer service account managers and cross functionally at times with focus on prioritization. You will also work with the CS manager on creation and maintenance of reports to drive KPI’s, monitoring and creating automation of activities. This is an entry position for a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Order Entry
  • RMA's
  • Customer Portal Updates
  • Material Price Requests
  • Open Order Reports
  • Formal Quotes
  • Reporting Misc tasks as instucted

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or College Grad with motivation to grow
  • Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
  • Proactive
  • Problem Solver
  • Excellent Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Demonstrated success collaborating in a team enviroment
