Role Overview
Dedicated to clinical support, our nurses provide professional nursing care while collaborating with providers, staff, patients and families.
Responsibilities may Include:
Responds to and prioritize incoming telephone calls, and triage appropriately.
Communicates with patients and family regarding medications, test results, and treatment instructions.
Schedules and facilitates care for urgent needs.
Observes, records and reports patient's condition and plan of care to the physicians/provider.
Documents all patient interventions per unit protocols.
Participates in patient safety and quality improvement activities.
Acts as an advocate for patients and families.

The ideal candidate profile is an experienced, adaptable LPN who is confident in their clinical abilities and genuinely enjoys variety.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required
CPR training required
Previous LPN experience, preferably in a community-based ambulatory setting preferred
Colorectal experience preferred
