We are in search of a Talent Acquisition Partner for our rapidly growing company. In this role you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talent within a designated region or functional area. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping BradyPLUS culture and driving the company’s mission and goals, through the successful sourcing and selection of top talent.
Note: This is a remote position.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent within assigned region or functional area.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify qualified candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with candidates, including scheduling, preparing interview questions, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
Assist in employer branding initiatives, including attending career fairs, hosting informational sessions, and promoting our company as an employer of choice.
Support with integration and M&A projects as requested by TA leadership.
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 3 years of experience in high volume, full cycle recruiting of exempt and nonexempt associates in a distribution environment, or related industry
Experience supporting a region or multiple business units, strongly preferred
Experience recruiting hourly warehousing and transportation roles, strongly preferred
Ability to effectively recruit for a variety of roles and engage with a variety of candidates and team members at all levels of the organization
Ability to support a highly matrixed environment and efficiently navigate multiple systems and procedures
Bilingual English/Spanish a PLUS
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and interview strategies.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools/software.
Working knowledge of employment law, DOT/FMCSA regulations and other best practices related to recruitment and selection, strongly desired
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
Flexible Packaging knowledge and experience PREFERRED
