Payroll Admin at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Dripping Springs, Texas

Job Description:

A company in Dripping Springs is looking to bring on a Payroll Administrator with expertise in Paycom to join their team on a temporary basis. This role involves assisting in the implementation of Paycom software and requires a strong administrative background in payroll and accounting. This is an onsite M-F role paying $24-28/hr depending on experience. This contract is set to last one month, and they are looking for someone who can start ASAP.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of Paycom software, ensuring a seamless setup.


• Provide administrative support for payroll and accounting operations.


• Collaborate with the team to optimize payroll processes using Paycom.


• Utilize QuickBooks Online for accounting tasks (preferred but not required).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in payroll and accounting roles.


• Hands-on experience with Paycom, including prior setup and implementation.


• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a plus.


• Strong administrative and organizational skills.


• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
