Job Description:

Job Title: Controller
Rancho Cucamonga
Pay Rate Range: $50.00-$56.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-4pm
Type: , temp-to-hire or direct hire
Duties:
This includes journal entries, account reconciliation, treasury management, job costing and WIP.
* Oversee the accounting operation of STCI and its subsidiary corporations including their control systems, transactions, policies and procedures.
* Maintains chart of accounts.
* Performs period-end closing, including posting all checklist items.
* Generates and distributes financial statements for internal/external use.
* Analyze job cost to determine if job is complete and close on a monthly basis
* File all State and Federal quarterly and annual payroll returns for all entities in CA, TX, WA (STCI)


Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
* 10+ years accounting experience in similar role preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry
* Familiarity with Quick Books, Sage Abra Suite and Sage MAS 200 preferred.
