Oversee all stages of the recruiting, selection, and hiring process for new hires, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Specializing in recruiting for various office, production, and maintenance technician roles.
Manage a requisition load of 15-25 open positions at any given time.
Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
Regularly update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners to enhance recruitment and retention efforts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, offering timely updates and providing excellent service throughout the hiring process.
Administrative Support:
Generate and maintain accurate reports on recruiting metrics, hiring activities, and other essential HR functions.
Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements at all stages of the recruiting process.
Support special HR projects as needed, such as workforce planning, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Communication and Coordination:
Leverage exceptional communication skills to coordinate interviews, extend job offers, and manage candidate follow-ups.
Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a background in manufacturing recruiting.
A recruitment focus centered around quality and retention.
A self-motivated, proactive individual with excellent follow-through skills and a strong drive to succeed.
A proven ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Highly efficient, with excellent time management skills.
