The person in this role will be responsible for a wide range of Customer Support duties. Job Title: Payment Support Specialist - Customer Service
Salary: $17-$19/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Location: American Fork, UT (On-Site)
Requirements - What Matters Most
1+ year experience providing customer support via email and phone
Previous call center experience
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently
Organized, attention to detail team player
Ability to be collaborative with others when resolving and researching customer issues
Experience working in the payments industry is a plus but not required
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries in an accurate and timely manner, via email and phone
Help customers set up accounts online
Enter important case data into the CRMs to monitor and keep track of customer issues
Become an expert of the product
Collaborate with team members to find effective workarounds for various problems and situations
Using the ticket system to track and monitor and updates specifics on client issues
