The Services Support Associate reports to and is officially managed by the President of Plumbing and Mechanical Services.The Services Support Assistant is responsible for:Answering all phone calls regarding services for the company on the designated incoming linesAccepting client workorders and preliminary scheduling of workordersUtilization of company provided and endorsed software and applications regarding scheduling servicesPulling necessary permits to assist in completion of service jobsScheduling of service plumbers for water heater installations from third-party sourcesEnsuring billing and collection of monies from customers including taking credit card payments via telephoneOther general office and clerical tasks as assigned by managementThe Services Support Associate is a crucial member of the team.
