To be a Mayo Master of a Jimmy Johns shift one must be able to run bread and make efficient sandwiches on the line with any employee. You must learn your sandwiches completely and be able to hold down the meat puller and possibly the consolidator as well. 30 second sandwiches are a must!In order to advance in a Mayo Master position, you must prove to your General Manager that you can run an effective and efficient line during a lunch rush.
