Social Media ManagementPrimary Platforms: Manage Facebook and Instagram accounts, with potential to expand to Twitter and TikTok.Content Creation: Create engaging posts including:Store closure noticesHoliday greetingsDelivery remindersPromotions and product descriptionsShort videos explaining product benefitsCommunity Outreach: Connect with local online groups, especially in East County and Southern California raw feeding communities. Promote Real Roars offerings and nutritional expertise.Brand Representation: Position Real Roar as the go-to local business for pet owners seeking healthier pet food options.2. Website ManagementKeep product listings, promotions, and content up-to-date.Reflect seasonal promotions and new product launches.3. Inventory ManagementOrganize and restock shelves, including managing the Items of the Month table.Put away and organize deliveries.Monitor inventory levels and conduct online checks.Provide regular stock reports to ensure availability.4. Team Collaboration on WednesdaysParticipate in product preparation tasks, including making, separating, labeling, weighing, receiving, and putting away products.5. Community Board ManagementUpdate and maintain the small community board outside the shop with relevant, engaging information.6.
