MARKETING MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Senior Director of Business Administration. This role will drive the development and execution of brand strategies to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment across multiple platforms. The Marketing Manager will act as a liaison between departments, external marketing agencies, and internal team members to enhance brand visibility and uphold accreditation standards. This dual position will provide support for Heritage Biologics and Summit SD.

This position may have access to sensitive company data and PHI/EPHI.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
  • Develop and implement brand strategies that reflect the company's mission and vision.
  • Ensure brand messaging, visuals, and tone are consistent across all channels and identify opportunities for growth
  • Social Media Management
  1. Create and schedule regular posts, monitor interactions, and analyze social media metrics
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to generate relevant content
  3. Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms
  • Marketing Material Creation and Collaboration
  1. Collaborate with external marketing agencies to develop impactful marketing campaigns and materials (brochures, flyers, advertisements, videos, etc.).
  2. Create marketing materials in-house, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery to meet brand standards and business needs.
  3. Work with external agencies to align on the creative vision and ensure materials meet brand guidelines.
  • Website Management
  1. Responsible for the overall maintenance and performance of the company website, working closely with external marketing agencies for updates and optimizations.
  2. Ensure website content is regularly updated, user-friendly, and aligned with the latest branding initiatives.
  • Patient Experience Marketing Management
  1. Oversee and maintain the inventory of PX (Patient Experience) items to ensure consistency with branding.
  2. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to produce and manage PX materials that enhance the patient experience.
  • Ensure all internal and external communications, marketing materials, and advertising campaigns reflect the company's brand guidelines.
  • Train and support departments in understanding and applying brand standards in daily operations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for external marketing agencies to execute marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional efforts.
  • Collaborate with agencies to review creative concepts, marketing strategies, and performance reports to ensure they meet brand standards and objectives.
  • Work closely with various departments, including sales, clinical teams, and operations, to ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all brand-related activities, including marketing materials, brand guidelines, and project updates
  • Ensure marketing initiatives comply with industry accreditation standards and internal Policies & Procedures and Accreditation Standards.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience within a marketing/advertising agency setting preferred
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, etc.).
  • Valid state driver's license and reliable automobile to commute between locations
  • Must have creative skills for content creation development and brand strategy/consistency
  • Exhibit strong time management abilities by prioritizing tasks, setting realistic and achievable deadlines, and balancing multiple responsibilities.
